You are seeking a Civil Project Manager with 7-8 years of experience in Civil execution and Interior projects. You should have at least 4-5 years of experience in Team Handling. Your key responsibilities will include conducting daily site visits to check work updates and collect site measurements. You will be coordinating with contractors to ensure smooth and on-time execution. Ensuring that all execution work aligns with drawings, maintaining high-quality product delivery, planning daily site activities, preparing daily progress reports, and handing over completed work to clients are crucial tasks. Accurate site measurements as per SOP are essential. Your skills and qualifications should include a good understanding of Civil & Finishing Works such as Waterproofing, plaster, tiling, false ceiling, paint, basic knowledge of Plumbing and electrical works, the ability to interpret Civil, Finishing, Plumbing & Electrical Drawings, managing multiple projects simultaneously, B.Tech in Civil Engineering, strong communication skills, and access to your own mode of conveyance.
