Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager with 7-10 years of experience and a CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.

Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.

Ensure resource availability and effective allocation.

Promote collaboration across cross-functional teams and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

7-10 years of proven project management experience in IT or related industries.

CAPM certification is mandatory.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Experience with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
