Relevant Experience: Location: Employment Type: 8+ years Kochi, India Full time Profile Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely and successful completion of assigned projects. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to following instructions to achieve the best outcomes. We are looking for a versatile and detail-focused team player who excels at multitasking, consistently produces high-quality work, and meets deadlines reliably. Responsibilities: Lead and manage BIM-based project execution, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Supervise and support the MEP BIM team by providing training, resolving technical issues, and optimizing workflows Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand BIM requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations Implement and maintain quality control processes in compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and industry standards Stay updated on BIM trends and tools, evaluating new technologies and fostering continuous learning within the team Qualification, Experience and Skills Required: B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering 810 years of relevant work experience Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software Team player with strong communication skills in English Proactive in collaborating with managers and leads to achieve specified work targets Company Overview: Advenser is a global engineering service provider specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM), CAD, and design support services.
