Job Title: Project Manager AWS & Agile Scrum Master Location: Remote (India) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager with a strong background in AWS cloud technologies and Agile Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex projects within a cloud environment while effectively leading Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Lead and manage AWS-based projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, and allocate resources effectively. Agile Scrum Leadership: Act as a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Foster a collaborative environment and drive continuous improvement by implementing Agile best practices. AWS Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of AWS services and architecture to guide project design, implementation, and optimization. Ensure that cloud solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder requirements are met. Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and operations staff. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance. Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues. Develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution to minimize impact on project objectives. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and adhere to best practices. Implement and enforce quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle. Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project performance, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing process improvements. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Scrum Master) are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on AWS cloud technologies and Agile methodologies. Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading Agile teams. Skills: Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture. Proficiency in Agile and Scrum practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable. AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus.,
