• Lead Agile development teams from project inception through delivery and beyond

• Effectively coordinate activities across multiple teams and support all inter/intra team communication

• Utilize best practices to track, report, and communicate status, risks, and issues to various levels of management

• Establish and lead agile ceremonies and provide proactive management of Jira board(s)

• Create and foster effective teamwork and working relationships for the internal team, cross-functionally as well as with leadership
