Job Description
Title: Project Manager
Reports To: Director, Professional Services
Notice period :- 60 Days.
Purpose: To plan, lead and manage multiple customer projects in a SaaS environment.
Job Overview: The Project Manager will manage software implementation projects and support the
customer base. This is a hands on role and requires project initiation, planning, execution, control
and communication
Accountabilities:
-Gain understanding of our business model and processes.
-Develop project scope and implementation approach based on client requirement
-Oversee development of requirements, use case and specifications to meet requirements
-Creates project plans using industry standard methodologies
-Monitors activities and deliverables to track progress against the schedule
-Manages day-to-day project activities
-Resolves risks/issues
-Manages changes
-Delivers on time, on scope and on budget
-Creates referenceable customers
-Effectively communicates the project status internally
-Manages customer’s expectations and communicates with the appropriate level of customer
leadership
Qualifications:
-Customer-facing project implementation experience
-Experience with business process engineering and project management tools and
methodologies, such as MS Project
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deliverables
-Ability to remain appropriate detail-oriented in a fluid environment
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills in working with team, other
departments and customers
Preferred Skills:
-ERP software implementation experience
-Experience in supply chain management
-Experience in the Food/CPG vertical
-MS in engineering, management or equivalent
