Job Position- Project Manager Years of experience- 5 - 8 Years Location- Raipur, Durg, Rajnandgaon Job summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering to lead and oversee our irrigation projects. The ideal candidate will manage project delivery from conception through to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company objectives. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead multiple complex irrigation projects, coordinating efforts across diverse teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment of project goals. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all project deliverables meet established standards and specifications. Budget Management: Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to financial constraints. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and safety protocols. Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS-Office Key Requirements Experience: 5-8 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering domain, preferably within the irrigation sector. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Masters degree in Project Management or similar is advantageous. Work Environment: Experience working in a hybrid work environment, coordinating between office settings and on-site project locations.
