Job Description
Project Manager to support the internal execution of our Zoho implementation projects. This role focuses entirely on internal coordination and does not require direct client communication. The ideal candidate will ensure that project milestones are met, documentation is up to date, and internal progress is tracked and reported efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Track and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects Maintain internal documentation including requirement documents, configuration notes, testing checklists, and sign-off forms Coordinate with developers, consultants, and technical teams to ensure timely task completion Update and manage internal project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, Zoho Sprints, or equivalent) Identify potential risks or delays and escalate to the Project Manager or Department Head Support in preparing internal progress reports and dashboards Ensure that all project activities follow internal processes and documentation standards Assist in organizing internal project meetings and follow up on assigned actions Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project delivery support (preferably in IT or SaaS) Experience with project management tools (Zoho Projects is a plus) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and documentation Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills for internal team collaboration Preferred: Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, etc.) Exposure to SaaS implementation or ERP/CRM project environments Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: IT project management: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person,
