In this role based in Noida, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will revolve around project management for Cloud Infrastructure projects, Cloud deployments, Cloud Migrations, and DevOps projects. Your expertise should encompass the entire cloud deployment lifecycle stages, including Discovery, Requirements gathering, infra set up, Testing, and Cutover, along with DR/Security Assessments/Drills. You will be expected to excel in various aspects of project management such as scope management, project planning, WBS management, deadline setting, resource allocation, task tracking, and project documentation. Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and creating contingency plans will be crucial to your success. Your role will also involve identifying and managing project scope, dependencies, and key milestones across all functional areas of the business. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing detailed project work plans, conducting RAID analysis, establishing project governance structures and processes, managing risks, change management processes, and monitoring progress to ensure the timely delivery of key milestones and project outcomes. Effective communication with stakeholders, resource identification, conflict resolution, and issue escalation will also fall within your scope of work. To thrive in this role, you should possess certifications in PMP, Scrum, or Prince2, along with proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Zoho Project, or MS Project. Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills are essential. Your ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate proactive and responsive behaviors will be instrumental in your success. Furthermore, preferred qualifications include experience in AWS Cloud implementation, Agile methodologies like SCRUM, managing fixed-price engagements, and familiarity with AWS Cloud architectures and design patterns.
