5Lakhs/year + BENEFITS (1 VACANCY) JOB SUMMARY The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution and coordinating program delivery within the organization. This multifaceted role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to drive the successful delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring alignment with project and program goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they align with the organisation's strategic objectives, and coordinate cross-project dependencies, resource allocation, and risk management. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, risks, and changes. Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and development team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring costs are managed within approved budgets. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and technical documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development and project management, and incorporate them into the team's practices where appropriate, ensuring a result-oriented approach at every step. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. 4-10 years of experience in software development and project/program management. Strong proficiency in current technologies, and programming languages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical members. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects or programs on time and within budget. Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or relevant technical certifications will be preferred.
