Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Onelab Ventures in Pune. The Project Manager / experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects and services, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Project and Delivery Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements. Define clear goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and productivity. Allocate resources effectively and ensure team alignment with project objectives. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. Provide regular updates on project progress and address client concerns promptly. Risk Management and Problem Resolution: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions. Resolve issues or bottlenecks that may impact delivery success. Process Improvement: Analyze delivery processes and implement best practices for continuous improvement. Conduct post-delivery reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future projects. Qualifications Project Management skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 48 years of experience in delivery or project management, preferably in IT or software development. Excellent communication and client engagement abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master) are highly desirable. Experience managing software development or IT infrastructure projects. Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps, or other emerging technologies. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.,
