You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, while a master's degree is preferred. Possessing professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and network architecture (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) would be advantageous. Your role will involve managing large-scale SDN development projects within a complex enterprise environment. Previous experience in project management within the information technology sector is essential. It is crucial to have a solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development in the OSS/Network domain, with preference given to experience with Cisco NSO and Itential workflow. You should demonstrate a good understanding of the Network Orchestration and Activation landscape, along with excellent stakeholder management skills and internal communication abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Leadership skills and the capability to lead cross-functional teams towards a common objective are essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in the fixed-line Telecom sector and a broad understanding of telecom products are required, as experience limited to mobile telecommunications will not be beneficial for this role.,
