Job Description
The Candidates will be based at Mumbai
Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days
Work from home till 6 Months after that job location will be Mumbai.
Critical Skills requirement:
Strong customer service background with minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in
handling Corporate / Enterprise Clients.
Should have working knowledge of Supply Chain processes and requirements, to ensure
solution design accordingly.
In-depth knowledge of Cost & Efficiency drivers in Supply chain Logistics, Warehousing.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to impress upon Managers to staff level
employees.
Should have handled teams and drive team to successfully manage implementation at
various sites of the customer within India & abroad.
Good listening and comprehension skills to understand the products, customer
requirements and alignment of both.
Ability to analyse the business requirements of the client, analyses the gap between
solution and requirement, discuss with development team and arrive at bridge plan.
Someone with intensity and comfort in understanding and learning new technologies
like Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain.
Interpersonal skills with Customer & internal teams
Should have capability and mindset to function in an Start-up Environment.
Key Focus Areas:
Ability to understand the workflows of Supply Chain & Logistics Processes.
Excellent & Honed knowledge of Microsoft Power-point and Microsoft Excel.
Outgoing and convincing capabilities
Account Management of Key customers and regular visits to them.
Good Time Management Skills and Team Grooming Skills.
Regular Feedback to product team on the new requirements of customers.
Problem Solving skills and good analytical skills
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Excel with command on Macros and Pivot creations
Experience and Qualifications:
Should be a Graduate with at least 5 -6 years of Solution Implementation Experience.
Preferably worked in Supply chain solutioning or internal Automation projects.
Should have Project Management skill sets.
Should have fair understanding and knowledge of Logistics flows.Mobility – Involves Travel across various sites of the customer.
