Job Description
Location- Thane (WFO)
Notice period- Immediate-30 days (max)

Skills required- SDLC, Project managerment, excellent communication skills, complete knowlege of project managment fundamentals, principles and planning.

Education Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in computer or Information Science-related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
We are looking to hire a positive, proactive IT project manager to oversee project teams and to ensure IT projects are completed on time. The IT project manager will direct and coordinate the utilization of resources across projects to reach targets. The IT project manager will ensure compliance with budget and other project requirements. You will document instructions for end-users and assist with the TESTING of the product at various stages. You will communicate with stakeholders during all phases of the project and close it efficiently.
To be successful in this role you should deliver an extensively recorded, tested, intact, and operative product within delivery time frames and budget.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
- Outlining, defining, and initiating the project.
- Assign duties and responsibilities and oversee workflow of project staff.
- Develop, maintain and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
- Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
- Monitoring expenditures in accordance with the budget.
- Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realign schedules and expectations as needed.
- Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
- Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
- Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.
- Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems.
- Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs and other policies.
