Location - Bangalore, Gurgaon or Mumbai Level - Assistant Manager Job Description: We are looking for an Assistant Manager PMO to drive project governance, reporting, and coordination for SAP/Oracle implementations. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of PMO experience, expertise in financial implementations, and hands-on experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD). Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee SAP/Oracle implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Drive 2-3 financial implementations, working closely with business and technology teams. Develop, review, and manage BRD and FSD to capture business and functional requirements. Monitor project risks, dependencies, and milestones, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide project updates, insights, and strategic recommendations. Implement best practices in project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Utilize project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar) for efficient project execution. Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies, risk management, and process improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: 5-8 years of overall experience, with 3-4 years in a PMO role. Strong expertise in SAP/Oracle implementation projects. Proven experience in 2-3 financial implementations. Hands-on experience with BRD and FSD preparation. Excellent project governance, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar). PMP/Prince2 certification (preferred but not mandatory).,
