BlackCab is a Creative and Marketing Agency focused on creating brand value for clients through progressive partnerships. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the following: - Onboarding clients in collaboration with the Project Manager. - Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular face-to-face meetings. - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients for negotiations and daily communications. - Working in alignment with project Key Result Areas (KRAs). - Collaborating on content creation, idea generation, and strategies. - Referring to strategy documents and utilizing accurate data for decision-making. - Testing content against demographic templates and buyer personas. - Staying informed about the client's industry and conducting market gap analyses. - Packaging information effectively for clients and positioning them uniquely in the market. - Communicating design sensibilities to the design team for content presentation. - Ensuring accurate interpretation and communication of client briefs to the design and tech teams. - Coordinating communication between clients, designers, and tech teams to minimize delays. - Understanding and representing brand nuances effectively in all interactions. - Making informed decisions aligned with the brand's communication style and guidelines. - Being flexible and attentive to project needs as they arise. - Addressing consumer feedback in accordance with brand guidelines.
