Job Description

You will be responsible for managing projects using Agile processes and Sprints, leading a team of 7 to 10 members specialized in .Net-based projects and product development for Portals and Collaboration. Your duties will include analyzing, designing, coding, and implementing software systems while adhering to business and technical requirements. You will be required to create and maintain functional and technical specifications, conduct code reviews, and optimize applications. Additionally, you will estimate project proposals, manage onsite and offsite client interactions, and oversee team management. As a Project Lead, you should have at least 8 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar leadership role in an onsite/offshore development company. A degree in MCA/MTech/Master in IT or equivalent is required. Your expertise should include Architecture & Database Designing, as well as proficiency in technologies such as .Net/C#/ASP.Net/ADO.Net, JavaScript, MVC, Web services, and SQL Server. Knowledge in E-Commerce, Internet Technologies, Application Development, and Maintenance is essential, with experience in the travel and tourism industry domain being preferred but not mandatory. You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, team-leadership abilities, effective decision-making capabilities, stress tolerance, and strong motivational skills to excel in this role.,
