Project Head (Transmission)

• Lead and manage the overall project portfolio for Power Transmission projects.
• Develop project strategies, plans, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor project performance metrics and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards throughout project lifecycle.
• Represent Adani in project-related meetings, conferences, and industry events to enhance the company's reputation.

Education Qualification:  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field. Master's degree preferred.

Certification required: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.

Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience in the Power Transmission industry.
