We Are Hiring : Interior Site Supervisor

Location: Jaipur 
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1to 5 Years (Interior Fit-Out/Residential/Commercial Projects Preferred)
Salary: Competitive + Travel Allowances + Performance Incentives  

           Up to 25 k NTH with 2k  Conveyance 

About the Role:

We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of interior projects. This role requires hands-on experience in site supervision, vendor coordination, and interior project execution. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of high-quality work and manage all aspects of site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers for smooth execution

• Monitor progress of interior work including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, civil, and finishing

• Interpret drawings, BOQs, and material specifications to guide on-site implementation

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company guidelines at the site

• Handle procurement of materials and inventory tracking as required

• Conduct site inspections and update reporting tools (daily/weekly status)

• Resolve on-site issues and escalate when necessary to project leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or relevant field

• 1 to 5  years of site supervision experience in interior projects (residential or commercial)

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out work, materials, and vendor management

• Ability to read technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)

• Familiarity with project management tools and site reporting

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Willing to travel and manage multiple sites if required
