Job Description

CURRENT DESIGNATION: Project Engineer (GET)
LOCATION: Pune
Salary :- 4-5 LPA
Experience :- 4-8 Years

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead multiple projects and teams.
- Ensure timely billing, collection, and project profitability reporting.
- Develop and maintain PR with key customers, consultants, architects, and designers.
- Monitor all running projects, update management and customers on deviations/issues.
- Oversee project handover and closure, including system updates and client communication.
- Guide and nurture the team, including design engineers and draftsmen.
- Conduct periodic project reviews with technical progress assessment and solution provision.
- Apply value engineering to increase project profit margins.
- Constantly upgrade knowledge of HVAC engineering industry developments.
- Visit sites, perform quality checks, audits, and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. Strong organization, time management, leadership skills, and ability to perform under pressure.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC process, project planning, and design understanding.
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
- Willingness to travel.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Seasoned, agile, and prompt with target-oriented work and manpower management.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities & Strong customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and carry out duties professionally.
