Their team of experienced engineers and technicians can help you with all of your HVAC/R needs. #Hiring for Project Engineers VRV cum sales # Job Description: Identify Project by exploring market, Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, quality planning, installation, commissioning. - Manage the project within budget , Plan project requirements and resources, including the sourcing of subcontract elements, etc. - React promptly and effectively to changing client and product needs , Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions - Track customer changes and participate in customer meetings when required - Track tasks against the project timing plan - Proactively seek out opportunities for new or repeat business - Be willing and available to work at company and customer premises as required - Undertake special projects as required -Contribute to continuous improvement activities , Support and lead process improvement activities .Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients -Undertake continuous training and development -Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output Self Management Follow new product development process to control design quality, project budget, product cost, time to market, lead team to deliver system design document for design reviews. Implement VRF product cost reduction, maintenance and continue improvement activities. Participate product benchmarking activity. Track on system integration design while considering cycle and structure design.
