Key Responsibilities: Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Coordination: Work closely with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Material Management: Verify material requirements, coordinate procurement, and ensure timely availability. Technical Oversight: Interpret drawings, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to project managers and clients on progress and challenges. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, site reports, and progress documentation. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. Experience in relevant field is mandatory Preferred Qualifications: Experience in finishings, modular furniture and interiors. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project/Excel. 2+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, or residential). Strong understanding of construction and interior drawings, materials, and finishing works. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines effectively. Knowledge of project management tools and site safety regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
