Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Coordination Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accurate implementation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to align project objectives and timelines. 2. Site Management & Execution Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Monitor construction progress and address any technical issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections. 3. Quality Assurance & Control Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship. Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and installations. Address and rectify any defects or non-conformities identified during inspections. 4. Procurement & Resource Management Identify material requirements and coordinate timely procurement to prevent delays. Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Optimize resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders. Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues. Ensure all project records are organized and accessible for audits and future reference.
