Project Designer: HVAC-MEP

Location: Lalbaug, Mumbai
Pay: ?40,000 - ?55,000/month
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Designer to lead our design team and manage the HVAC scope for large-scale industrial and pharmaceutical projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in HVAC project management, strong technical expertise, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop HVAC plans, oversee project execution, and ensure adherence to specifications and safety regulations.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of AHU, Chiller, Duct, & VRV installations, and resolve compliance issues.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of engineers and subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Technical Expertise & Problem Solving: Provide technical guidance and ensure the implementation of best practices in HVAC systems.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation and provide progress updates to senior management and clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC project management for large-scale industrial or pharmaceutical projects.
• Skills: Knowledge of industry standards and HVAC design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), along with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
