Job Description
As an experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing Large Scale Transformation projects, particularly in the Treasury domain. Knowledge of systems such as Murex, T24, or FinMechanics will be advantageous, along with a solid understanding of Trading systems within financial institutions. Familiarity with Treasury products including Derivatives and Foreign Exchange is essential for success in this role. Your exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in collaborating effectively with various stakeholders. In addition to the mandatory skill set, you should ideally possess expertise in Integration with Exchanges, FIX Protocol, International Market integration, Market Data Integration, Settlement and Reconciliation, Limit Management, Position and Cash management, Corporate Actions, Margin trading, and integration with core banking and other subsystems. Your ability to communicate clearly and concisely will be crucial in ensuring seamless information sharing across teams. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the development and implementation of plans for designing, testing, and executing all business requirements. Reporting project statuses within the assigned scope of work and ensuring adherence to project management frameworks and stage gates are essential aspects of this role. Effective communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and change teams will be necessary to facilitate information sharing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication abilities, will be key to your success in this position. Moreover, maintaining consistency in documentation and deliverables in accordance with defined standards will be a critical part of your responsibilities. From a technical perspective, familiarity with the Spring Framework (including boot, MVC, data JPA, security, session, data Redis), Spring Cloud (such as config server, config client, gateway, service registry), and Front-end SPA (Angular 10+) will be beneficial for carrying out your duties effectively.,
