Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between design team execution team and procurement team. Allocate work to team members, ensuring deadlines are met. Coordinate and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Monitor and mentor team members to maintain workflow efficiency on daily basis. Handle administrative tasks related to project execution and documentation. Collaborate with architects, draftsmen, and designers to ensure project success. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Maintain records of project progress, changes, and approvals. Support the execution team in resolving site-related issues.
