Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing essential project documents: budgets, schedules, scope statements, and plans. Handle administrative tasks: invoices, purchase orders, inventory, and financial reporting. Oversee procurement activities and vendor coordination. Meet with clients to define requirements, expectations, and timelines. Allocate resources and ensure timely delivery of tools and materials. Assign tasks and support team members in achieving milestones. Act as a communication bridge between clients and the project team. Monitor progress and team performance, and share updates with stakeholders. Organize meetings, take notes, and generate reports. Promote collaboration across departments to drive project success.
