Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator at Rayblaze Global in Thiruvananthapuram. We are looking for an energetic, talkative, and proactive Project Coordinator who excels in following up and isn't afraid to be persistent in driving projects to success. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities. Provide support in client handling, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Maintain excellent documentation of project progress, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Work closely with the project management team to track and report on project performance. Collaborate with team members to resolve project-related issues and ensure timely completion of tasks. Actively engage in project meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm. Qualifications Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking Proven ability to handle clients with professionalism and empathy. Basic understanding of project management principles, including task tracking, risk management, and scheduling.
