Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. 2. Coordinate with the project team, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and tasks. Monitor project progress against the plan, identifying and addressing issues as they arise. Maintain clear communication channels within the team and with stakeholders. 3. Team Management and Leadership: Oversee and assist team members with their daily responsibilities. Establish clear objectives, assign tasks effectively, and ensure deadlines are met.
