Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all construction activities for real estate development projects in Mumbai.
• Develop and implement construction strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Manage and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and construction staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on project status, budget, and timeline.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in construction processes.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and excellence within the construction team.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
