Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the project team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and objectives in alignment with the organization's goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive measures to address challenges as they arise.
• Oversee project budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control to maximize project profitability.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the project team to enhance project delivery efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 20+ Years of relevant work experience
