Location: Kharadi, Pune (On-site initially, later Remote) Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Salary: 4 6 LPA Joining: Immediate or within 15 days About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator / Business Analyst with a strong background in IT project management, particularly in web and software development environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, Jira, and team coordination, along with a sharp focus on project delivery, reporting, and client communication. This is a full-time, on-site position (Kharadi, Pune) for the initial phase, with flexibility to transition into a remote/work-from-home setup based on performance and project needs. Key Responsibilities: Project Ownership: End-to-end project coordination, from requirement gathering to final delivery. Client Interaction: Understand business goals, translate them into actionable project plans, and serve as the liaison between clients and the technical team. Agile Management: Plan, track, and manage sprint cycles using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and GitHub. Team Coordination: Ensure work is progressing as per deadlines by proactively tracking progress, following up with team members, and removing roadblocks. Reporting & Documentation: Create and maintain clear project reports, progress dashboards, and client documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word. Problem Solving: Actively resolve challenges during the implementation phase through research and effective communication. Quality Delivery: Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects through structured processes and effective time/resource management. Innovation: Suggest process improvements, propose new ideas, and add value to the development lifecycle. Client Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication, with prior experience working with US-based clients preferred. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of real, hands-on experience managing web/software development projects. Proven experience using Agile project management tools like Jira, GitHub, and Confluence. Strong skills in reporting, progress tracking, and status monitoring. Must be technically sound enough to understand blocking issues and assist with basic research or resolution direction. Proficiency in documentation and reporting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and team management skills. Must be able to drive project timelines and ensure team accountability.
