Project Analyst/ Account Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, organized and proactive-Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing briefs, managing team workflow, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for marketing. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand clients" business objectives and briefs. Collect all details from the clients side and supply all information to designer & copywriter. Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication and deliverables. Workflow Management: Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, etc.) to ensure campaign deliverables are met. Monitor performance and provide regular reports. Manage project timelines and budgets. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop marketing strategies that align with their business goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Present marketing plans and proposals to clients. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Financial Management: Manage client budgets and ensure projects are delivered within scope. Prepare and present client proposals. Track and report on project profitability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in microsoft excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of digital marketing practices. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SEO/SEM. Experience with social media marketing.
