Description Coordinating and tracking project data and documentation throughout project lifecycle, including but not limited to: Drafting and submitting Statements of Work and project change orders for signature & tracking through completion Collecting and recording project information into data capture forms for project creation; inputting updates as necessary Compliance documentation support (Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Third Party Agreements) Purchase Order tracking Entering and maintaining employee project assignments in timesheet and utilization tracking systems Acting as liaison between other Operations teams to ensure project requests are being completed within specified timeframes Qualifications Education BS or BA degree preferred Experience 0-2 years of project coordination or project management experience or a degree in related field. Proficient at meeting concurrent deadlines across international time zones, and working on multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with cross-functional and senior stakeholders Excellent attention to detail as well as organizational, planning and time management skills. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Salesforce or other project management software a plus.,
