In this role, you will be responsible for managing the requisition life cycle in collaboration with client managers and suppliers. Additionally, you will oversee special projects such as large hiring initiatives and VMS tool clean-up, while also supporting the supplier rationalization process. Your role will involve assisting client hiring managers with inquiries and requests, ensuring compliance with program policies, and facilitating a seamless hiring process. Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, supplier partners, and internal resources will be crucial for the overall success of the program. A key aspect of this role will be maintaining a customer-centric approach, providing exceptional service to client hiring managers, stakeholders, internal Pinnacle partners, and suppliers. Proficiency in utilizing technology, particularly MSP tools like Beeline, ERP systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, will be necessary for effectively carrying out your responsibilities. You will also be involved in training new client managers and suppliers on VMS tools as needed. Ensuring audit and compliance requirements are met will be a significant part of your role, including overseeing proper documentation submission by suppliers and timely approval of program needs such as timecards and Pos for SLA/KPI adherence. Additionally, you may be assigned other duties and client-specific functions based on business needs.
