Opportunity the what As a Program Manager, you will: Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic operations and supply chain projects. Identify gaps across Ops sub-functions and define project scopes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Establish and maintain project management standards and best practices. Support the Director of Operations in evaluating long-term strategies for manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and customer service automation. Form and mentor cross-functional project teams from within operations (Customer Service, Manufacturing, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain). Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery. Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and global teams. Offer training and development opportunities to functional leaders. Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement practices. Your work will directly influence operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the organization. About You Essential Criteria B.E./B.Tech from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college. MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute (e.g., IIM, ISB, NITIE, SIOM Nasik, SP Jain). 710 years of program management experience in: E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Internet, or Supply Chain/Management Consulting (e.g., Redseer, Miebach, BCG). Strong knowledge of warehouse design, layout optimization, and quality standards. Proficiency in project management tools (CPM, PERT, Primavera, MS Project). Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Macros, MS Projects, Llamasoft). Experience with WMS/ERP systems, preferably SAP. Strong analytical, presentation, and number-crunching skills. Ability to manage warehousing teams and 3PL providers. Customer-centric mindset, self-motivated, and adaptable. Desirable Criteria Experience in Lean organizations.
