Key Responsibilities Lead and manage key strategic projects - partnering across departments and collaborating with managers company-wide to ensure successful execution. Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans by developing and tracking progress against annual business objectives and KPIs. Develop and use quantitative and qualitative data analysis to derive insights and present findings to leadership Represent the "Business" perspective in cross-functional roadmaps and major organizational projects. Design and implement program management best practices, driving efficiency and process improvement across the organization. Facilitate cross-department collaboration to integrate program activities effectively. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in a Program Management role. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset for decision-making. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building consensus and influencing without direct authority. Proven ability to process large volumes of information and extract meaningful insights. Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies, with practical experience applying them in real-world settings and proficiency in Jira Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
