As a Program Manager with 0-2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and driving the successful execution of multiple projects to ensure they align with company goals and deliver value to customers. Your responsibilities will include defining program objectives, coordinating projects within the program, managing stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, tracking program timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring program KPIs, and ensuring clear communication across all parties involved. You will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Additionally, 0-2 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field (including internships or co-op experience) will be beneficial. Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential for this role. A basic understanding of project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is also required.
