Job description:
- Follow Program defined T, C , P , S ( Time , Cost, Performance & Scope
- Process Control & all project targets sign off
- Evolve Project charter and ensure scope definition
- Time Line, from L1 Master till L4 Activity level - define and follow meticulously
- Freeze program Content and manage complete Scope
- Inputs, Deliverables, Scope, Inclusion, Exclusion, assumptions
- RISK Management & Issues management
- Timely MIS - Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly and support PMO for consolidation - Time line, Change, RISK, Cost, Revenue, Quality, Customer escalations
- Create & Governance management (communication plan)
- Monitor and Ensure resource utilisation,
- Timesheet, Accruals, Budget resource - Wrt to plan and deliverables.
- Custodian of Program Imperatives, Common folder, Access control , File retrieval mechanism, Clients live information of major deliverables
- Maintain Issue log and follow tracker
- Budget Monitoring and escalate for deviations
- Gateway clearance wrt to customer agreed milestones and ensure Bills raising
- Standardization - within projects
- Integrated change control process and management - ( ICCP )
- Ensure control of time line revisions in Ideal and update time to time
- Knowledge Management & lessons learnt deployment
