As a Technical Program Management Operations (Agile/Scrum) professional at AppsForBharat, you will play a crucial role in anchoring high-priority initiatives across product, engineering, and business teams. Your responsibilities will involve owning end-to-end program planning and execution, collaborating with various teams for alignment and timely delivery, maintaining project plans, tracking dependencies, identifying risks, and resolving bottlenecks. You will be instrumental in defining success metrics, setting up operating rhythms, driving reporting, reviews, and governance structures. Your proactive communication with stakeholders, anticipation of project issues, and driving sprint planning activities will be essential in bringing structure, prioritization, and predictability to product and engineering execution. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 4-8 years of experience in program management, preferably in product-led tech companies or startups. A strong technical understanding and experience working with engineering teams on backend systems, APIs, or platforms will be beneficial. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary for success in this role. The ability to operate with high ownership, speed, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Familiarity with agile processes and tools like JIRA, Notion, Excel/Sheets, along with structured problem-solving skills are important. Having a strong bias for action and the ability to drive outcomes independently are key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates. Mandate skills in Scrum and Agile methodologies are required, and prior experience in a product company or startup ecosystem would be a plus. An engineering or technical background, familiarity with OKR or metric-driven delivery frameworks are considered good-to-have qualifications for this role.
