As the Professional Service Leader at our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple integration assignments concurrently to ensure their overall success while providing a positive customer experience. Your role will involve providing technical and consultative support to customers on the integration products and methodologies assigned to you. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing and executing data migration processes, including data validation and system testing. Your commitment to excellence in customer service will be crucial, as you will need to maintain a positive and can-do attitude while addressing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely manner. Upholding integrity in all business dealings is paramount, aligning your behavior with our company policies, procedures, and core competencies. To excel in this position, you must have a strong background in the healthcare domain, with experience in DICOM and HL7. Proficiency in at least one scripting programming language is essential. With over 13 years of experience in technical roles such as technical support, integrations, software implementation, or analysis, and over 10 years in customer service positions, you are well-equipped for this role. Your organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written, will be put to the test as you handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. You must be capable of scheduling and leading calls with customers to drive timely and accurate integration configuration and testing, as well as building knowledge bases for the products you work on. Being ready to work in shifts to support customers in the US and APAC regions is a requirement for this role. This is a permanent position with a day shift schedule, and remote work location flexibility is provided.
