As a member of the Professional Development Institute team at Ekya, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of learning within the organization and providing valuable growth opportunities for all internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include identifying the learning needs of employees, defining learning outcomes to enhance employee performance, and conducting research to design and deliver effective training programs both online and offline. You will be responsible for tracking attendance and learning progress, evaluating program effectiveness through feedback and participation data, and continuously improving the training process. Additionally, you will curate and manage a repository of training materials and coordinate offline training sessions at various venues. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to simplify and visually present complex ideas. Proficiency in using technological tools for training and facilitation is essential, as is the capability to research and organize learning materials as required. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with individuals effectively are key attributes for success in this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with day and morning shifts at the in-person work location.
