We are currently hiring for the position of Production Support. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and performance of our clients' production systems.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide support for production systems, ensuring system availability and performance.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents and issues in a timely manner.
• Perform system and application troubleshooting, including log analysis and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to prevent recurring incidents.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for production systems and processes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in production support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Shell or Python.
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies.
• Experience with incident management and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle critical situations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
