Role: Production Support Location: Chennai (Onsite) Timings: 2.30 PM to 12.00 AM IST Notice: Immediate Joiners / Less than 30 days Must be able to understand the data supply chain from source system to reports and be able to troubleshoot issues and gaps effectively. Must know SQL and be able to query the database to look for the data in the tables. Must know Power BI and should be able to navigate through reports and be able to pinpoint areas of issues. Triage to determine what the issue may be and route the request to the right party for resolution. Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics. Work with developers to determine solutions.
