Job Title: Production Supervisor Radiator/Transformer Manufacturing (Fresher) Location: Vadodara Reporting To: Production Manager Experience Required: 01 year (Fresher welcome) Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Production Supervisor will support the day-to-day manufacturing operations of transformer radiator components. Under the guidance of senior staff, the role involves monitoring production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to begin their career in the transformer/radiator industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing daily production schedules. Supervise shop floor operations related to radiator fabrication, welding, painting, or assembly. Coordinate with production workers and machine operators to ensure timely task completion. Maintain production records, shift reports, and basic inventory logs. Monitor adherence to quality standards during in-process and final production. Identify and report any issues related to machines, materials, or labor. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and PPE usage on the shop floor. Participate in daily production meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Learn and apply basic lean manufacturing, 5S, and TPM practices.
