Job Description

We have an openings for Production Engineer/Supervisor for which we require candidates who have a work experience of at least one year into metal sheets and woods.

Only male candidates are applicable

Designation : Production Engineer/Supervisor
Location :Nalasopara
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Time: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

Key Responsibilities
* The production engineer develops and improves manufacturing processes for sheet metal fabrication. This involves analyzing product designs, identifying the most suitable manufacturing methods, and creating detailed process plans.
* Make BOM as per BOQ & Drawing Received.
* They focus on optimizing efficiency, reducing waste, and increasing productivity.
* The production engineer develops production schedules, considering factors like material availability, labor capacity, and customer demand.
* They coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
* Implement measures to identify and resolve quality issues.
* The production engineer maintains documentation related to processes, equipment, and quality control

Skills & Knowledge:
Must be able to understand an interpretation of technical drawing of project.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Auto CAD. (to check DXF & Basic Dimension to verify product it needed)
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (to work with internal contractor get the work done with quality & quantity)
Should have knowledge of Bending, Punching & Laser cutting machine.
