Job Description
1) Directly supervise and lead a team of assembly line workers involved in mortise assembly. 2) Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of assembly operations. 3) Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance. 4) Address any issues or concerns raised by team members and find appropriate solutions. 5) Ensure that all mortise assemblies meet the required quality standards and specifications. 6) Conduct regular quality checks and inspections throughout the assembly process. 7) Collaborate with quality control personnel to implement corrective actions. 8) Plan, organize, and manage the workflow of the mortise assembly process to ensure efficiency and productivity. 9) Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against targets. 10) Identify and address any technical or mechanical issues that arise during the assembly process 11) Review current blueprints and quality documentation 12) Communicate effectively with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure smooth operations. 13) Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products.
