The role involves creating and overseeing an employee training schedule to enhance productivity and promote resource conservation. You will be responsible for evaluating each station of the manufacturing process to optimize efficiency. It is crucial to enforce safety policies and procedures, both in-house and regulatory, to minimize the risk of employee injuries. Taking charge of manufacturing and shipping processes within the plant is a key aspect of this position. You will be required to inspect products before shipment to guarantee accurate labeling and proper record-keeping. Maintaining effective communication channels between employees, management, and executives is essential. Additionally, ensuring the efficient and correct utilization of all resources and assets is a significant part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time role with a rotational shift schedule. The availability of day shift is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
