Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are monitored and targets achieved 2. Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient work place is maintained at all times. 3. Implement and ensure the daily production plan or plan wise actual performance and action to be taken if any gap is found 4. Prepare the daily production report and monitor the daily production ratio 5. Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal deptt 7. Reduces expenses / Non value added activities and increases productivity across all product lines. 8. Respond to non-conformance corrective and preventative actions (customer complaints, process failures) in a timely manner 9. Identify, implement, and evaluate training needs for plant operators and prepare the monthly skill matrix of operators / workers 10. Plan the daily manpower planning sheet for high performance. 11. Responsible for shop floor 5 activities.
