Job Description

Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coach: Guide and develop production staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. Manage workflow: Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to ensure efficient and timely production. Build morale and motivation: Foster a positive work environment to encourage teamwork and high performance. Resolve employee issues: Address and resolve conflicts, providing guidance and support to maintain a positive work environment. Production Planning and Execution: Schedule and plan: Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring they meet deadlines and customer demand. Monitor production: Oversee daily operations, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions. Ensure efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production flow and reduce costs. Inventory management: Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring sufficient materials are available for production. Quality Control and Safety: Maintain quality standards: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications. Ensure safety: Implement and maintain safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment. Conduct inspections: Regularly inspect production processes and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
